The Borderline is about us, people who come from and near the Soo on the St. Mary’s River, at the heart of the Great Lakes.

We commit to a culture that is relevant to music lovers by providing a one-of-a-kind listening experience, delivered with excellence in content, programming and execution.

We showcase the music of the twin Soo, Algoma and Upper Peninsula regions to build and strengthen our shared community.

Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario and the Algoma District live north of the St. Mary’s River, while Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan and the Upper Peninsula live south of the river, joining Lake Superior to Lake Huron and Lake Michigan.
