Pat Temple is one of those musical artists that mines good times music with stories that are often melancholic, sometimes fun and light – and always compelling. The end result absorbs the listener, lifts the spirit, and gets the dance floor bumping. Temple’s extensive catalogue leads his band, The High Lonesome Players, a group of exceptional musicians, through musical styles that draw from western swing, jump blues, rockabilly and folk jazz. Temple has released several quality albums over a decades long career and continues touring as a crowd favourite and Canadian music icon.
