Colour Therapy – The Superior View Lisa Tucker
Using colour and light as therapy to treat certain mental and physical health conditions is called chromotherapy, or colour therapy. The practice originates from the ancient Egyptians; they used sun-filled rooms with coloured glass for therapeutic purposes. The ladies dare to defy the skeptical medical experts.
