Joey Scarfone – Shadow Culture Adrian V
Joey Scarfone lives in Victoria, British Columbia on Vancouver Island, where he hits the stage for the Wednesday Night Jam and the Sunday Afternoon Jam at The Loft Pub (often hosted by another Soo local, Brooke Cooper). Born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Joey still maintains a close connection to friends and family from his original hometown. Joey studied at the University of Windsor, went on to a career in music and then gave way to one in jewelry, both ventures creative in nature. Eventually it led him to other creative pursuits, including songwriting, story writing, television, poetry, painting, photography and comic illustration.
Shadow Culture is a collection of spoken word original stories from Joey Scarfone and set to music created by Sonny Wilson, using GarageBand. It’s a trip through time with a glimpse into the future as it poignantly comments on the present.

Running time: 58 minutes.
