Algoma Fibre To Fabric Festival 2026 theBorderline
The Algoma Fibre to Fabric Festival is an annual regional event celebrating local textile arts, fibre production, and heritage craft skills. The festival takes place on August 8, 2026, from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm at the Johnson Township Community Centre (1 Cameron Dr, Desbarats, Ontario).
An annual celebration of Algoma’s fibre arts community, showcasing the journey from raw fleece to beautifully crafted yarns and handmade goods. The festival features vendors market, workshops, demonstrations, live animals, a Kid’s Zone, and a drop in crafting circle! This is a fun event for everyone including those who know nothing about the fibre arts and want to see what it’s all about, to experienced crafters looking for inspiration and community.
Festival entry by donation.
