Nick Barnes is a singer/songwriter from Upper Sandusky, Ohio. He has been writing, recording, and (occasionally) performing for 30+ years in Columbus, Ohio; New Orleans, Louisiana; and in northern Ohio with his brother Ben as City News, whose sets include a lot of Grateful Dead and Dead-adjacent tunes, Americana, rock, blues, and originals.

Between the three record set, the Pandemos Volumes, written, recorded and released over the Covid pandemic years, and since his debut of The Fog Of Increase in the year 2000, Nick Barnes has released a lot of music. The collection of nine albums over that time explore themes of love and life in America, and are often marked by the imagery of the waters by which Nick lived. The music blends poetry with a soul of a folk rock artist to create soundscapes that both still and rile those waters.

Running time: 70 minutes.
