The four elements of nature are Earth, Air/Wind, Fire and Water. They are foundational to our existence and survival. Say Maria, with Fidgal, that the four are also spiritual elements and each of them are within us and are our essence. Earth. When we feel the most grounded. Air/Wind. When we are most clear of mind. Water. When we are most open hearted. Fire. When we are most creative. Could it be said that this will be an elementary class?
