Lee Aaron – Rock’n’Roll Queen Brian Tremblay
Brian Tremblay: I was very excited to do this interview because I have been a fan of her music since the early 80’s, having seen her play the Sault a couple of times. She has often been referred to as the Metal Queen, but her music and talent is so much more than that. Lee and I discuss her going back to school and getting her degree in special education, performing in an opera, and her new live album/cd/dvd set called, ‘Power, Soul, Rock N’Roll.’
Rock’n’Roll Queen (Part 2) – More great conversation with Canada’s Lee Aaron. In this show, we talk about her album ‘Diamond Baby Blues’ and what drew her to the cover songs on that album, about her jazz album and that side of her music, her return to rock music with ‘Fire and Gasoline’ after years away raising two children, all while they learn Mom is a well know musical artist.
