ONTARIANS – Hailing from Northern Ontario, Ontarians blend rock, folk, and storytelling into a sound that’s distinctly Canadian. Drawing inspiration from artists like Neil Young, Blue Rodeo, The Band, and The Tragically Hip, the group has built a reputation for heartfelt songwriting, rich harmonies, and memorable live performances.
GOLDEN SCOUNDRELS – Offering a rugged mix of country and folk music, Golden Scoundrels is a dynamic quartet. Comprised of Josh Penno, Brandon Ruch, Todd Webb, and Johnny Belanger, their no-nonsense approach, founded on solid storytelling and strong melodies, creates a gritty and honest performance.
CARMEN MUTO – At just 16 years old, Carmen Muto is already turning heads with jaw-dropping guitar skills and a stage presence beyond his years. Blending blistering renditions of iconic guitar solos with impressive original material, Carmen brings serious talent and energy to every performance. A rising young musician with a big future ahead, he’s quickly becoming one to watch in the local music scene.
AVA NORI – Making her return to the stage at WestFest after a hiatus from live performance. Blending alternative, punk, and rock influences, Ava’s music pairs raw emotion with gritty energy and unapologetic honesty. After years of performing across Ontario at festivals and events, her WestFest set marks the beginning of a new era.
RIVERSIDE STATSIS – A new local band blending indie pop melodies with rock energy. Made up of musicians from several local acts, the group brings together a wide range of influences and experience to create a fresh, dynamic sound that’s quickly gaining attention in the local music scene.
