Melissa Hughes – The Copper Bean Cafe Adventure Seeker theBorderline
E10: MELISSA HUGHES – THE COPPER BEAN CAFE ADVENTURE SEEKER
Woody has a few favourite places he hits on his adventures with Teddy. Working on the road includes a lot of stops at coffee shops, and for this episode they call on Melissa Hughes, owner/operator of the Copper Bean Cafe in Bruce Mines, Woody’s absolute favourite coffee stop.
Melissa Hughes grew up in Bruce Mines living in the beautiful outdoors. Life’s travels took Melissa far away for a long time but the lure of her upbringing eventually called her home to tap into her entrepreneurial dream – and The Copper Bean Cafe was born. Or as it is affectionately dubbed, the CBC.
The active lifestyle is another passion for Melissa, always in search of outdoor adventure, whether it’s ice climbing, skiing, winter camping, hiking, scuba diving, paddling or whatever else that presents a challenge. Teddy likes that, and Woody does, too.
